VIP Program
The patients of Dr. Normington and his Center for Skin Health are all very important patients to the Dr. and the entire staff. To thank our patients for their loyalty and compliance to procedures which require ongoing treatments, we have the VIP program. A list of eligible procedures are included in the terms and conditions of the VIP program below:
- Cards must be presented at the time of treatment.
- Cards will be stamped only at the time of treatment when payment for the service is made in full.
- Program can not be combined with any other offer, discount or courtesy.
- Cards are not transferable, to be used or redeemed by the person listed on the card.
- Eligible procedures include the following cosmetic procedures: laser hair removal, micropeels, microdermabrasions, laser procedures, photodynamic treatments, micropigmentation, Botox, Restalyn, Radiesse, Cosmoplast and Cosmoderm.
- Cosmetic Surgical Procedures excluded from the program.
- Completed program cards must be presented and returned to Lewisburg Plastic Surgery at the time of redemption.
- Program subject to change or end without notice.
- Participants must provide an email address, if available.
- Lewisburg Plastic Surgery and Laser Center is not responsible for lost, stolen or destroyed cards.
